Career[]
The Honorable Nathan Venema, PC MP, began his political career as a founding member of the CLASS party (the IPC never happened folks), which he worked with throughout Model Parliament 2017. In Model Parliament 2018, he sat as a member of the CASK party. He received his Honorable title when he was appointed Minister of Defense during the CLASS - HOOK coalition government. He currently has greater than two days worth of experience in the House of Commons and a note from his most frequented pub allowing him to sit as the member for Hamilton West-Ancaster-Dundas.
CLASS party[]
During Model Parliament 2017, Nathan, along with Alec Connor, Lukas Upton, Andrew Potter, and Anastasiia Cherygova, worked to ensure that every member of CLASS would have input into decisions being made by leadership, ensuring his appointment to the War Room. He was named as the Critic of Defense when CLASS was third party, which carried over into Minister of Defense during the formation of the coalition government.

With Model Parliament 2018 about to take off, Nathan was given the honour of sitting in the Macdonald-Cartier Coalition as Environment Critic.
Notable Moments[]
Nathan Venema can be considered as something of an enigma. He advocated for the capture and display of the Kraken during his tenure as Minister of Defense, and voted to go to war with Frengland. He later distanced himself from this, tweeting that former Prime Minister James Collie was a warmonger for advocating war with Frengland.
